10 Mocktails Recipes part 1



1. Apple Blush Mocktail Recipe :


Ingredients


• 5 oz. Apple juice
• 3 oz. Carrot juice
• 1½ oz. Beet juice
Glassware :
• Highball glass


Method :
• Add juices with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
• strain over ice cubes into a chilled highball glass
• serves : 2


2. August Moon


Ingredients :


• 8 oz. Apple juice
• 8 oz. Raspberry juice
• 1 tbsp. Fresh lime juice
• 1 tbsp. Honey
For garnish
• lime slice
Glassware
• highball. Glass


Method :
• Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
• pour over ice cubes in chilled highball glasses.
• serves : 2


3. Autumn Harvest Mocktail :


Ingredients :


• 4 oz. Prune juice
• 3 oz. White grape juice
• 3 oz. Pomegranate juice
For garnish :
• cherry
Glassware :
• highball glass


Method :
• Add juices with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
• strain over ice cubes into a chilled highball glass.
• serves : 1


4. Avocado Smoothie Mocktail :


Ingredients :


• 5 oz. Yogurt
• 4 oz. Cucumber juice
• ½ oz. Lime juice
• 1 Haas avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced
Glassware :
• Collins glass


Method :
• Add ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
• pour into a chilled Collins glass
• serves : 2


5. Atomic Freeze Mocktail :


Ingredients :


• 8 oz. Pineapple juice
• 5 oz. apple juice
• 4 oz. Strawberry puree
• 1 tsp. Alomond extract


For garnish :
• whole stawberries
Glassware :
• highball glass


Method :


• Mix all ingredients except whole strawberries with crushed ice in a blender and blend until slushy.
• pour into chilled highball glassess.
• garnish with the whole strawberries.
• serves : 2


6. Flood light Mocktail :


Ingredients :


• 4 oz. Carrot juice
• 2 oz. Alfalfa-sprout juice
• 2 oz. Apple juice
For garnish
• carrot stick
Glassware :
• highball glass


Method :
• Mix juices with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
• strain over ice cubes into a chilled highball glass
• garnish with the carrot stick.
• serves : 1


7. Fogtown cocktail


Ingredients :


• 5 oz. Clam juice
• ½ oz. Fresh lemon juice
• 3-5 dashes tabasco sauce
• 3-5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
For garnish :
• lemon twist
Glassware :
• Cocktail glass


Method :


• Mix all ingredients except lemon twist and crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
• strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
• garnish with lemon twist.
• serves : 1


8. Forbidden Fruit Mocktail :


Ingredients :


• 5 oz. Apple juice
• 4 oz. Pomegranate juice
• ½ tsp ginger juice


For garnish :
• fresh ginger strips


Method :
• combine juices with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
• strain into chilled cocktail glasses.
• garnish with ginger strips.
• serves : 1


9. Formula one Mocktail :


ingredients :


• 4 oz. Carrot juice
• 4 oz. Alfalfa, clover, and radish- sprout juice
• 3 oz. Fennel juice
• 2 oz. Apple juice
For garnish :
• apple slice
Glassware :
• Collins glass


Method :
• Mix juices with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
• strain into a chilled Collins glass.
• Garnish with the apple slice.
• serves : 1


10. Fort Ross Borscht Mocktail :


Ingredients :


• 4 oz. Plain yogurt
• 3 oz. Beet juice
• 1 oz. Celery juice
• ½ oz. Lemon juice
• ½ tsp. White horseradish
To taste :
• salt
For garnish :   
• fresh dill


Method :


• Mix all ingredients except and dill in a blender and blend until smooth.
• pour into a chilled highball glass.
• add salt to taste and sprinkle with fresh dill.
• serves : 1
