Blackberry Bramble Mocktail Recipe :



Ingredients :


• 4 oz. Apple juice
• 2 oz. Black berry puree
• 1 oz. Maple syrup
• 1 tbsp. Fresh lemon juice


For Garnish :
• Fresh blackberries
Glassware :
• Old-fashioned glasses


Method :


• Mix all ingredients except fresh blackberries with crushed ice in a blender and blend until slushy.
• pour into chilled old-fashioned glasses.
• garnish with fresh blackberries.
• serves : 2

Calico Cooler Mocktail Recipe :



Ingredients :


• 2 oz. Carrot juice
• 2 oz. Fresh orange juice
• 2 oz. Unsweetened cherry juice
• sparkling mineral water


For garnish :
• orange slice
Glassware :
• Collins glass


Method :


• Mix juices with crushed ice in a cocktail shaker and shake well.
• strain over ice cubes into a chilled Collins glass and fill the glass with sparkling water.
• Garnish with the orange slice.
• serves : 1

California Split Mocktail Recipe :



Ingredients :


• 6 oz. Tomato juice
• 1 oz. Spinach juice
• 1 oz. Fresh lemon juice


To taste :
• Freshly ground pepper
For garnish :
• Fresh parsley sprig
Glassware :
• Highball glass


Method :
• Mix all ingredients except parsley sprig with crushed ice in a blander and blend until slushy.
• pour into a chilled highball glass.
• Garnish with the parsley sprig.

Famous Liqueurs :













1. Advocat : It is Dutch. A sweet yellow liqueur with a brandy-base and egg yolk flavour, served at room temperature.
2. Anisette = A brandy-based liqueur flavoured aniseeds.
3. Half om half : A french liqueur brandy-based and flavoured with oranges. Made by mixing 50% Curacao and 50% Brandy.
4. Tia Maria : A rum-based, dark brown Jamaican liqueur flavoured with coffee.










5. B and B : A golden, french liqueur made by mixing half cognac and half Benedictine.
6. Kahlua : A dark and very strong Mexican liqueur brandy-based and with a flavour of coffee.
7. Kirsch : An unsweetened Alsation liqueur, brandy-based and with a flavour of bitter almonds.
8. Cointreau : A colourless French liqueur brandy-based and flavoured with orange. It is served chilled, but in a dry glass, as even a drop of water can turn cointreau milky.
9. Peach liqueur : A peach-coloured, brandy-based liqueur with a flavour of fresh and dried peaches.
10. Triple sec. White Curacao, made by almost every liqueur producers of the world. It was originally called cointreau.
11. Silvovitz : A brandy-based liqueur with the colour and flavour of plums.
12. Ocha : A brandy-based Japanese liqueur with a flavour of fresh-green tea. It has a mild green colour.
13. Drambuie : A golden liqueur, flavoured with heather honey and with a fine scotch whisky base.
14. Curacao : A garnet red, liqueur-base with a scotch whisky base, and flavoured with dry orange peels.

Nafta frappe



Ingredients :


• 5 oz. apple cider
• 5 oz. mango nectar
• 4 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
• 4 oz. pineapple juice


For garnish :
• 2 pineapple spears


use glassware
• chilled glass : 14 oz. capacity.


use equipment :
• knife and chopping board
• cloths
•measuring cups
• electronic blender
• bar spoon
• bar towels
• juice squeezer


Method :
• Mix all ingredients except pineapple spears in a blender and blend until smooth.
• pour into a chilled Collins glasses.
• garnish with the pineapple spears.

Venice beach



Ingredients :


• 1 tsp alcohol free almond extract
• 2 oz. fresh lime juice
• cream soda


For garnish :
• lime slice


use glassware :
• chilled highball glass : 8-12 oz. capacity

• juice squeezer
• knife and chopping board
• tea spoon
• measuring cup
• Ice bucket

Method :
• Mix lime juice and almond extract in the bottom of chilled highball glass.
• fill the glass about two-thirds full with the cream soda.

• 3-5 dashes Worcestershire sauce
