Ingredients :
• 4 oz. celery juice
• 3 oz. carrot juice
• 2 oz. cucumber juice
• 2 oz. spinach juice
• 2 oz. green bell pepper juice
• 2 oz. cabbage juice
For garnish :
• carrot stick
use glassware :
• chilled highball glass : 8-10 oz. capacity
use equipment :
• cloths
• electronic blender
• Ice bucket
• Ice tongs
• juice squeezer
• knife and board
• measuring cup
• bar spoon
• bar towels
Method :
• collect all ingredients with correct measurement and Mix juices in a blender and blend until completely mixed.
• pour over ice cubes into chilled highball glasses.
