Ingredients :
• 5 oz. apple cider
• 5 oz. mango nectar
• 4 oz. unsweetened cranberry juice
• 4 oz. pineapple juice
For garnish :
• 2 pineapple spears
use glassware
• chilled glass : 14 oz. capacity.
use equipment :
• knife and chopping board
• cloths
•measuring cups
• electronic blender
• bar spoon
• bar towels
• juice squeezer
Method :
• Mix all ingredients except pineapple spears in a blender and blend until smooth.
• pour into a chilled Collins glasses.
• garnish with the pineapple spears.
• serves : 2
